Returns and Refund Conditions

For any return approved by Velora, the customer must follow the return instructions provided and use an appropriate shipping method. Customers should retain their return tracking information and proof of shipment.

Where inspection is appropriate and legally permitted, a refund may be held until the returned item is received and assessed. Items that are not returned as instructed may affect eligibility for a voluntary return, but nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
